Below you'll find our pricing calculator that will estimate the price for catering at your corporate event, weddings, or private party.

Prices shown apply to private gatherings with guest numbers confirmed in advance.

Our main service, Pizza Only, starts from £500: 25 pizzas at £20 each, indoors. Outdoors, the minimum is 50 pizzas, from £800 (£16 each). The more pizzas, the less each one costs. We recommend one pizza per guest. Packages with sides & salads, canapés or barbecue are below.

Pizza only Fresh pizza stretched, topped and cooked right in front of your guests, and the smell alone gets everyone talking. Guests grab a hot slice and mingle. One service of 1–3 hours, day or evening. From £500 Pizza, sides & salads Recommended Fresh pizza with colourful sides and salads to share, so every plate is a proper feast. A relaxed, sociable way to feed everyone well. One service of 1–4 hours, day or evening; you’ll pick 3 sides & salads later. From £675 Pizza Making Classes (1–3 hour class or 4-hour Half-Day Masterclass) Roll up your sleeves and learn to make proper pizza with our chefs. From £675 Pizza & BBQ (1–4 hrs) Pizza and BBQ side by side, with sides and salads: something for everyone, and plenty of it. Cooked outdoors at our large pop-up kitchen, so we need a flat 4.5m × 3m space. Prefer guests inside? Add our indoor buffet service. Half day main (after the canapés)

Pizza with sides & salads Fresh pizza with sides & salads to share. One price per guest, from 50 guests. Dessert optional. Pizza & BBQ (with sides & salads) Add BBQ alongside your pizza, sides & salads. Canapés are priced per guest; pizzas, Standard Barbecue mains and sides & salads by quantity (from 50 pizzas, 50 Standard Barbecue mains and 100 sides & salads). The barbecue is cooked outdoors only, and we need a flat 4.5m × 3m space.

When you book, you choose 3 mains from the menu. Each guest then has one main. Sides and garnishes are set out buffet style; guests collect their mains from the outdoor BBQ kitchen.

Pizza Making Class (1–3 hours) Stretch it, top it, bake it, eat it. A hands-on class with our chefs, lasting 1 to 3 hours (we'll agree the length with you). £45 per person, minimum spend £675. Half-Day Masterclass (4 hours) The full journey, from making the dough to stretching, topping and baking. £95 per person, minimum spend £950.

Where will we cook?

We can cook pizza indoors or outdoors to suit your venue, but barbecue is cooked outdoors only, so whenever you book Pizza & BBQ, we cook both outside. Pick what suits you, or choose Not sure if you’re still deciding.

Optional — Cheesecakes. Help-yourself cheesecake bar: guests build their own with Fresh Strawberries, Biscoff & 99 Chocolate Flakes, plus Buttery Biscuit Crumbs and Biscoff Crumbs. Priced per guest.

Pizza making class before service (1 hour)

A one-hour hands-on class before we cook, so your guests can stretch and top their own pizza. £250 for up to 10 guests, then £25 for each extra guest.

Barbecue terms: Barbecue is cooked outdoors only. You choose 3 mains no later than 1 week before your event, and each guest has one main. Minimum 50 guests (Pizza & BBQ: 50 Standard Barbecue mains). Sides and garnishes are set out buffet style, with no table service for the barbecue. Add sharing platters to any barbecue for +£6 per guest (Pizza & BBQ and the Half day Pizza & BBQ main: +£6 per BBQ main).

How our pricing works

Pizza Only starts from £500 (2027: £575). Every booking is priced for your event, and the estimator above gives you a guide price in minutes. Your price includes our pop-up kitchen, chefs, serving staff, quality paper plates, napkins and cutlery, and there’s no travel charge anywhere in our service area. The more guests you have, the less you pay per head.

Pizza Only: from £500 for 25 pizzas indoors, or £800 for 50 outdoors (2027: £575 / £950). £20 per pizza, dropping to £16 from 50, £14 from 120 and £12 from 200 (2026).
